do the cheaper ones not work as good? there is one for like $15 and another for like $75…. would you go cheaper or buy the more expensive one?

And talking about ebay selling, you should ask questions to the seller like “I saw someone selling extact items from $75, why are you selling so cheap? Any reason for your item at this price?”
Ask a lot of questions until you get enough information then you make your decision to buy from which seller.
