The winner automatically gets a message from ebay & ebay & PayPal will automatically email you. I sell a lot on ebay.

yes. Ebay will send them a notice, but you can as well. You can send them an invoice if you like. As long as the details are noted in the listing, you shouldn’t need to tell them anything about the closing. Paypal will contact you when you receive the payment as well. It will come to your email address that you signed up with.

yes and no after the auction has ended on the right hand side the The listing it is a drop down box without me looking at it drop the box down one will read send invoice click this it will do it for you
option 2 wait for them to send you a pay pal pay pal will email you to say you have not been paid
